As some of you may know some exciting things have bee happening in my life lately... Ive recently returned home from a trip to Mexico and had my 18th birthday. So I'm going to run you through a typical day at the camp in Mexico.

We would all wake up anywhere between 6 and 8 in the morning (this trip some of us woke up earlier because they had to be at the prison for an outreach ministry) we would flush and brush and get ready for the day starting it off of course with a very nice cup of hot chocolate. We would get to the dinning room at around 8:30 for a day briefing a prayer and BREAKFAST(one of three of my favorite parts of the day) , girls always go first. at around 9:15 we would finish up with breakfast and go into worship and devotional time which would last till about 10:00. After worship and devo. we would have ministry prep time, this is where the four ministry groups; construction, youth/sports, women and children, and prison/rehab outreach, would get together and plan what they were going to do for the day, this was also the time to get supplies ready like sports gear or crafts or make and pass out flyer's in San Anita, this would usually last around 2 hours, which would bring us to my second favorite part of the day LUNCH at 12 or 12:15. When lunch was done we would do a "TAG time" or Time Alone with God for 40 minutes, during this time you could do whatever the lord was leading you to do memorize scripture, read your bible, or journal. When tag time was done my team would head straight for the soccer field everyday at 2 o'clock for our outreach which consisted of 2 hours of soccer, the best sport in the world, and sharing of testimonies. Reluctant to leave every single afternoon, we would head back to the camp for an hour and a half long free time. if it was your day to shower then you would if it wasn't then you could play soccer or basketball, walk to the store or take a nap whatever you felt like doing. At 5:30 or 5:45 we would have DINNER my third favorite part of the day, after dinner a music and devotional time then small groups and finally bed. We would fall asleep around 11:00.

There was some other things we were able to do there as well, like shopping in the town square, and church service at the local church both of which are amazing. My trip down to Mexico although it was my third one was still eye opening and life changing, i made even more new friends this trip, I will never forget them. I encourage you if God is calling listen to him he's never wrong.

O by the way im a legal adult WOOOO WOOOOO
